02Our services
Digitiva provides digital design and development services, including e-commerce builds, ERP systems, web development, UI/UX design, and digital invitations. The scope of any engagement is defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.
03Enquiries and quotations
Information published on this website, including examples of past work and indicative metrics, is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. Pricing and timelines are confirmed only in a written proposal.
04Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content or access we need to deliver the work. Delays in providing these may affect the timelines we agreed.
05Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Digitiva name, logo, copy, and design, belongs to Digitiva unless stated otherwise. Ownership of project deliverables passes to the client as set out in the relevant project agreement, normally upon full payment.
06Payment
Fees, instalments, and payment schedules are defined in each project agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, work begins once the initial payment has been received.
07Confidentiality
We treat the business information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed work. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
08Disclaimer
This website and its content are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digitiva is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability arising from a project engagement is governed by that project agreement.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts.
11Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
